You see the forum title.. "suggestions".. I proposed a "suggestion" to fix the issue of rocketspamming.
When I proposed this "suggestion" i had in my mind that it would not be done, and should not be taken seriously.
The fact you call me "stupid" for "suggesting" a fix to a huge problem in the game is pretty "stupid".

And Player you can just fix rocket spamming by adding severe damage falloff, but of course that won't be done.

The scout is pointless, for the most part. This is why 2.Haven is being made from the ground up, where a scout will actually be the main capping class in combat.

194 lessened the rpg's effect on blocks and lowered the rate of fire compared to 193.
And scouts have more hp than engi's, and their sprint lasts for at least twice as long, so they have a small use :P.

Well it was a nice effort, but rocket spamming still occurs. It's not as bad as it was before, but it certainly has its impact.
Make the scout have a speed of 420 since the engi can already do the snipers job, you don't need the engi being 3 classes in 1.

Classes are being completely reworked and overhauled for 2.0 and I'm fairly certain this has been said before. The current balancing problems will be non-issues because none of the classes as you know them now will exist.
