The ops in that channel seriously need to chill out on kicking/banning people. Not all of them do it, but a few do.

Trogdor banned me for a year for "firing up Knifa" or some shit, but thankfully someone unbanned me. A year ban? Is that really necessary to protect your dear leader from being slightly offended?

Then today, me and ReaperSWE were having a disagreement with Aeudidar about having a rotational gravity gun, or snap together blocks. I was trying to explain why we didn't need either, but ReaperSWE kicked Aeudidar for no real reason other than to back out of the argument. No one was being unreasonable, there was no flaming, but Aeudidar was kicked because he disagreed. That's bullshit.

This will probably get locked, but here's what happened if you want to check it out. I'm not going to post the whole thing cause it's just us talking about the ideas.

I went on little rant a while back about the SAME ISSUE here in the forums. All kinds of threads were being locked, even though they still had life in then (and people wanted to post).
The fascist commienazi rulebook essentially says that 'moderators have the last say and can do wahtever they want'.
This is what happens when the mods aren't responsible for their actions. AUPs should have rules for mods/ops also.

I agree with everything you said in principle, but I'm new here, and I will have to get to know people before I decide how suitable they are. For starters, moderators should also comment when they edit posts. If you PM me the post IDs you say were changed, I will find out who is responsible and talk to them

Knifa leaving has caused quite a lot of unrest in both the channel and the forums, and while this is undesirable it is also inevitable. For now, the current ops are ops because they were before - I don't know them. Once that has died down, we can see who deserves them and who doesn't.
