so anyways, on to the meat: When will mappers and dev staff be informed about the changes to V 2.0? JLF said there will be changes to the entities. If no mappers know there will be no updated maps for 2.0
AND THEN WE ALL DIE.

so.. when will we know whats going on with 2.0? before or AFTER the release? and how long before?

Dev staff know about the changes.

Mappers will be informed shortly.

Why are things being kept secret? I just don't understand that.

They're not being kept secret.

I just don't want to tell everyone what's going on and then tell everyone it's changed - we haven't actually decided on all the details yet.

i feel like ill be going in circles if i keep mapping, as I'll just have to change everything in a week or months time!

Until they make a decision, they can't tell you what v2 will have! You don't want incomplete or incorect info being given to you as fact, right? I'm sure they will give the mappers plenty of time to work the changes into their maps before the release.

but like i said earlier, they said there were going to be changes.... obviously no one knows what these changes are (as jlf so abruptly put).
