So I've got HL2, HL2: DM, and CS:S installed(100% on my monitor) but when I launch source forts, and goto the options, the multiplayer tab shwos all the drop downs on the top left, I can't click them, and there's no screen to show the model I'm using.

Secondly, when I hold down TAB to see the scores menu, the menu is a tiny rectangle in the center of my screen, the width of my crosshair, and about 600px high.

Third, the entities in front of my gravity gun have a black background instead of transparent.

Fourth, I've got missing textures. The sidewalk on city streets, and the ceiling shafts on abandon.

Is this common, and is it something I did or something with the mod?

There is a phrase for that, let me think..... That is one totally screwed installation!! lol

Delete "SourceForts" from the "SourceMods" folder manually and then reinstall, that should sort it

Definately not common. Your game is seriously borked. And you said that you can't click the games, if so then how can you play sourceforts :S.

I can click the games, but in the options menu the text boxes and stuff are crammed in the top left. Here's a screenshot:

You have some really weird error there. Id say reinstall everything that has to do with steam but that would take a long time and may not fix teh problem.

if there is a yellow ! on it, its not installed properly

Yes definatly, if uninstalling and reinstalling the mod has made no change go to your Graphics card manufactures website and download the latest drivers. Reboot and retest.

Graphics card is instlaled fine, im on win xp. this only happens on third party mods, and my friends gettin' the same prob. thx for all hte help tho
