I remember a while back there was a thread saying that you were always taking apps for the design team, but that you likely wouldn't actually accept anyone until 19x was done simply because you wouldn't be doing anything with 2.0 till then. Fortunately for us, with the release of 194, that has happened, so are you still planning to expand/rework the design team?

We've actually carried on designing throughout 1.9.4, so that didn't exactly work out.

Right now we have more ideas than we have time to implement them, we're always interested in applications, but we won't be taking anyone on until the ideas start to stagnate.

My personal view is that we could use more people on the design team. However, they need to be able to think critically and work out problems, and help flesh-out existing ideas, rather than just go "Oh! This would be cool! You guys like lasers??"
