Default Back 2 Basics

Nothing fancy, just the basics as iv seen SO many people mess up a good game by simply making it far too easy or simply impossible by covering the flag with junk :P.

Heres the three plans we use each time:

Defense:

Simply done u have to get past the first wall, then u must go up the ramp (on the ammo box), drop into the flag area (losing hp). From here u have no choice but to go through the long tunnel - giving loads of time to respawn and kill the flag stealer easily - This idea is good for defending the flag as its hard for them to capture - but very quick and easy for you to capture.

Attack from thy Air!:

A fun plan that is used for winning on flag captures, build a simple ramp as high as you can to touch the build wall - on play buy a engin'z kit and continue to build with parts prepared OVER the enemies base, this is great on TEST map and the like.

The Basic Base:

Nothing special, just a simple wall and ramp for shooting - this plan is the one new players need to practice, so they can give a good game to the experianced players with a simple to build base - for this example the base is a little pretty for the needed approach, should use re-enforced wall in the real deal.

---

Just some little ideas for newcomers, nothing for the experts . Thank You, Enjoy - Wo33eR (Oblivion-Network.CoM)

No it isn't, its a newbie tactic which I frown upon and I believe many others do.

Your "So Close.." link is wrong. And while the fort designs you posted are cute, they'd take a long time to set up.
