Looks like it would be fun but here are my crits :
The buildings dont look like real buildings. You should add some fake doors and maybe a balcony or two. Maybe a slight outcropping on the lower part of the building that players can build on. I dont care much for the cars, but for this map they might work well. Also I suggest you add some more lights lower down to the road.
I like how things are simple and blocked off in clear borders. If you add a little more detail and flare to the map make sure to maintain those clear simple borders.
Also the buildings would look better if you gave them alley ways that were maybe fenced off.
Keep up the mapping, I'll help you beta test if I see your server up or catch you in IRC.
