Default sf_updown

I've been working on a new map, it's pretty much done, could probably use more polish but as far as having everything there. Everything is there. Please let me know what you think and if you have suggestions, criticism, or comments I'm all ears.

Default more screenies

Uhh I guess I should post a bit more about it. Basically the concept is you have 2 areas, the upper area an the underground area.

The flags, and spawning rooms are in the lower area while the blockmakers are up top. movement to capture the blue flag is: down the blue shaft to the blue side of the underground: grab the flag, run past the blue spawn area, up the middle shaft, down the red shaft, past the red spawn area and into the red flag room.

It's compact map meant to allow people to spend more time fighting in close quarters rather then sitting far away. also the shafts allow for quick movement between both the top area and the bottom area (falling down the shafts is in low grav, the middle shaft shoots people up like a rocket).

I hope people really enjoy this.

Just nit picking, From the images you had. I couldnt tell. But it bugs me when you can see, be seen by the other team during build times, I like fort building to be private and a surprise. Especially so you can build to counter the other bace ect.

afraid people are going to catch you cheating?

I don't think there is anything wrong with seeing the other team during build, the map is so small if you want to make something secretly build around it to hide what your doing, then take down the screen. A good builder isn't bothered by the other team seeing what they do.

here's a overall map of the map, since there is some underground and the aboveground is pretty basic the map should be more informative.

I thought the map would be something new, because of its name, but it looks so dull. Sorry.

What's dull about it? Most of the SF maps I've seen and played are open and spacious which I find to be boring, this at least is fairly close quarters, and then you also have the added twist of the movement up and down the shafts (no stairs or ladders in this map, it's all about speed here)

Yep me too. I havent played this one, but i look at those pics and it seems to look like another dull, basic sf map. I dunno about the gameplay, so ill just shut up.
