Default Serverconfiguration or which timelimits are the best?

I'm hosting a SF 1.9.0 Server in Europe/Switzerland and it runs more or less stable.
But, which are your prefered Configuration?
I played SF since 1 week and i think some guys here have a better experience about that.

my curently server.cfg is:

"sf_team_blocklimit" "0" updated to "35" (if its bigger, server crashes, don't know why)
"sf_roundlimit" "5" --> updated to "3"
"sf_scorelimit" "0" //- server will change levels when a team scores this many points (N.B. a flag cap is 100pts)

"sf_build_long_length" "800" //- first build phase length
"sf_build_short_length" "300" //- other build phase lengths
"sf_combat_length" "500" //- combat phase length

"sf_team_autoassign" "0" --> updated to "1" because there are too many wtj's
should i change something?

another point are the maps. i think i should play a little more on all these maps, to find out the best maps. Could someone post his favourits?

my mapcycle.txt:

I would do a block limit, about 50 for each team is more than enough.

ok, its changed ... the instable-problem isnt still solved ... hope v2 will be better :-/
