Default cannot lift up func_physbox . somtimes

New edit..

i have a func_physbox that looks like a fence.
theres a hurt_trigger around it with the fence as parent..

when i start the map i can move around with the fence. but unless i freeze it during build time. i whon't be able to move around with it the next build time.

hope its readable now..

I have a similar question, about func_physbox. I guess since this topic is already up I'll save starting a new one. I made a sphere that's about 25 feet in diameter. I'd like to be able to pick it up with the physics gun, but I can only push it. Prop Data is set to CardboarSmall and the Material Type is set to metal. I left everything else alone and there are no flags checked. Any ideas on how I could make this thing light enough to pick up, or am I stuck just pushing it around? I made func_physboxes on sf_pirateships and got them to work, but this is proving more difficult.

Thanks sippo. I can grab it now, but when I grab it, the thing moves about 50 feet in front of me and if I move it too fast it lets go of it. Any way to fix this? Thx.

Hmm... I don't know at all what did he do but I guess he did drop those pieces weight.

But that is only a guess and I think that is impossible.

well i was thinking.. since the objects that gets frosen by a player, don't gain the weight. maybe all i have to do is find a way to make the map freeze them from the game timer..

enybody know how to freeze an func_physbox ?

Now that I got mine working, I'm having the same problem as sippo  Sometimes it picks up and sometimes it don’t.
