I made a small example map on different something-fell-off-the-level triggers.
In this map:
- falling players die
- falling flags return
- falling blocks teleport back to their island

The map has 5 different triggers under the islands, in order from the top:
- trigger_hurt, kills players
- trigger_multiple, returns the red flag to red island. uses a filter to know which flag triggered it (red flag's name is set to red_flag)
- trigger_multiple, returns the blue flag to blue island. uses a filter to know which flag triggered it (blue flag's name is set to blue_flag)
- trigger_teleport - teleports blue blocks back to blue island. uses a filter to know which block triggered it (all blue blocks are named blueblock)
- trigger_teleport - teleports red blocks back to red island. uses a filter to know which block triggered it (all red blocks are named redblock)
Oh and if you just want to destroy all blocks that fall down, use trigger_remove with flag "vphysics objects". Just put that lower than the flag return triggers so flags dont get destroyed
