Default Im making train. HL1 train. (DOWNLOAD!)

not (much) to see yet, WIP. Gonna make HUUGE map with trainz and spawners on one (per team of course).


So, what do you think? there are... LOTS of faces, 200+. Im gonna take sounds out of hl1 too (okay, ill try).



Well? Who doesent want to drive around by good old trainy?




Oh btw, forgot to write, with old textures comes old design,

I think it looks good so far. I think you should stick with the new textures. (And I see the train is red, are you going to make it blue for the other team?)

The newer textures are much higher res, you should use them instead. Low-res textures with high-res models would look odd.

Btw, i removed logo because it looks crappy. i hope in 2.0 there will be texture for things like that, model textures get fux0red...


BTW, i didnt update thing... much.

and 1 question:
Should i make prop spawner on train? or just cargo wagon?

This is an awesome idea, but, (and this is just my opinion) maybe it would be better to not necessarily design it like the old hl1 train. Maybe something that looks cool traveling in both directions?

But man! I'm thinking up some awesome ways to play a map with trains. Unlimited possiblities.

tracks you could spawn. that would be awesome. you could place the tracks and freeze em.
