Default Map wont load

When i start a server with the map i created, HL2 crashes with a chime and without any error messages.
I have already set my compiler to onlyents and still it crashes at the end of the loading process.
But my map only contains a simple spawner system, a logic_gametimer, two info_player_start's, a light_environment and a water brush with water_lod_control.

When i compile my map, no error is reported to me.
In other words

WHAT IS THE FUCKING PROBLEM

Don't use info_player_start, use info_player_rebel and info_player_combine.

also dont test your map on HL2. thats what i did on my first SF map and it always crashed so i tested it on SF and everything was fine.

your problem is a lack of spawn points for either team.

This reminds me, guys on the sf team: there is a bug in the code, when you try to join a team who is lacking a spawn point (ie you try to join blue team but there is no info_player_combine) it will crash the game. This is still true if there is a spawn for the other team, where lets say there was an info_player_rebel but that is it. If you got lucky enough to be chosen for red team when you started the game, you would spawn on red and be just fine, but if you tried to change to blue team it would crash. This works the other way to.

I'll have to see if this still happens in v2.0.0, because there are new spawn entities.

Ah, but v2.0.0 throws up a nice error message saying "You don't have any SourceForts spawnpoints, use such and such entities."
