Default Problems concerning spawners

I am making a map with some item spawners in it, I am using prop_physics with the disable motion flag enabled as the buttons for the spawner. However, the button for the big panel is invisible and the pieces it spawns cannot be frozen with x. (I think I may have fixed that, but I can't check because of the update) Also, the small panels are spawned invisible. Any ideas why this is?

If I were you, I would use a func_button for buttons with Don't Move set to 1.

Thats the beauty of func_button.

As for the pieces being invisible, if they are physboxes I need more details, if they are the "standard" building blocks and you are testing the thing in something other then the actual SF mod, make sure to copy the models into the appropriate folder.

I.E.:
If using Half-Life 2 to test, copy the objects from SourceForts to Half-Life 2/hl2

All of the spawners work though (big panel, small panel, plank and both crates) except that the big panels that are spawned cannot be frozen with x and the small panels are invisible.

Make sure you have not set a start and end fade distance for the small plates. Its very easy to accidentally set a radius without even realising. These should be 0 not like in the picture...

When sf is up and running again I'll give that a try, thanks. I think I know why the big panels wouldn't freeze, it was probhably because they were prop_physics_multiplayer as opposed to prop_physics... I'll get some screenshots up when Knifa makes and releases an unborked version.
