Default Snow/Rain

I'm working on a map, as some of you already know. It's called sf_towers_beta2, which I will be finished with in a few days. Would it be possible to make it rain or snow on my map? Answer quick please .

I know you can have it in CS:S but actually when I took a look, I can't see it anywhere in the HL2M list. Maybe it's not supported.

Doesn't matter, you can't use the precipitation entity.
